Ingredients:
( If you don’t need a lot, you can cut the ingredients in half )
– 2 Cups Water
– 10 Packed Scoops of Brown Sugar
– 1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
– 2-4 Tablespoons Honey(I prefer less sweet, 2 Tablespoons)
– 2 Large Cloves of Garlic, Finely Minced
( I substituted for already minced Garlic, 3 Teaspoons)
– 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
– 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
– 1/2 Cup of Cold Water
Heat a Sauce Pan on Medium Heat.
Mix in everything besides the 4 Tablespoons of Cornstarch & 1/2 Cup of Cold Water
In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together the 4 Tablespoons of Cornstarch and 1/2 Cup of Cold Water.
After mixing thoroughly, add the mixture into the Sauce Pan.
Mix until Sauce Thickens to your preference. Enjoy your Simple & Delicious Teriyaki Sauce!
