Preheat Oven to 375F
– Olive Oil or Butter
Before starting anything, make sure to rinse your potatoes completely!
Once you have your potatoes rinsed, poke several times all around each potato with a fork. Generally you should poke each potato around 6 times.
After poking the potatoes, mix your olive oil or butter with a little salt, and brush onto your potatoes. Bake for ~55 minutes, give or take 5 minutes depending on the size of potatoes
After baking, take out of the oven, and check the potato with a fork to make sure the center of the potato is cooked all the way. You should be able to poke into the potato smoothly after the going through the skin!
Simple and easy side item to go with your dinner! All you have to do is open the potato and enjoy! For some added taste, throw some extra Butter, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, or whatever you enjoy to load the Potato up!
