Mouth-Watering Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake!

This took a bit to make, but overall it was rather simple. A little messy for me, especially with Powdered Sugar, but came out absolutely Yum-mazing!

Stores around here were out of Baking Powder, so thanks to Google I substituted 2tsp of Cream of Tartar and 1tsp Baking Soda for the 4 tsp of Baking Powder.
Stick with the Baking Powder in the Ingredients, if it’s available for you.

Ingredients:
Preheat Oven to 350F ( I used a Glass Baking Tray, so 340F for me)
– 3 Cups of Flour
– 1/2 Tsp of Salt
– 1 Cup of Sugar
– 4 Tsp of Baking Powder

– 1& 1/2 Cups of Milk
– 2 Eggs
– 4 Tsps of Vanilla

– 1 Stick of Butter, Melted

– 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
– 1Tbsp of Cinnamon

– 2 Tsp of Vanilla
– 3 Cups of Powdered Sugar
– 2.5-3 Tbsp of Water

Mix the Flour, Salt, Sugar, and Baking Powder together in a bowl.

Mix the Milk, Eggs, and 4Tsps of Vanilla together in a separate bowl.

Add the dry and wet mixture together in a larger bowl, mixing thoroughly.

Add in your Melted Butter, mixing once again.

In a separate bowl, mix together your Brown Sugar and Cinnamon, put aside.

Prepare your Cake Dish, with Pam, Oil or whatever your preference is, and pour your batter into the dish evenly.

Spread your Brown Cinnamon Sugar mixture onto the top of your batter.

Using a Fork, swirl the Brown Cinnamon Sugar into the batter, but leave some ontop of it.
Put into the Oven, baking for 30 minutes.

Remove your cake from the Oven after 30 minutes, let it cool down.

Mix the Powdered Sugar, Vanilla, and 1.5tbsp of Water together, mixing and adding more water slowly until it resembles the consistency of Maple Syrup.

Pour your “Syrup” over the top of the cake and let it set into a harder Glaze.

After it sets, your Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake is ready to enjoy!
