Easy Dinner or Snack – Pepperoni Croissants

These are very simple to make, doesn’t require much time, and everybody loves them!
I prefer provolone with pepperoni over mozzarella, but feel free to substitute however you like, both are great!

You can make extra ones to save for later as a snack, they microwave easy and taste just as delicious re-heated.

Pre-heat oven to 375F.
– For 16 Pepperoni Croissants –
– 48 Pepperoni
– Provolone Cheese or Mozzarella
( I only had sliced, I imagine shredded would be more convenient. )
– 2 Rolls of Crescent Rolls
– Spaghetti Sauce or Marinara

Tip – Pouring Traditional store bought spaghetti sauce in a small bowl, add in a couple pinches of salt & pepper, and one or two teaspoons of oregano makes for delicious dipping!

Open each can of Crescents and separate into (8) eight triangles, 16 pieces in total.

Place (3) three pepperoni on each triangle’s longer side, and then top with 1-2 teaspoons of cheese of your choice. I just tore pieces of provolone of the round slices for mine.

Roll each Crescent over, starting from the long side to shorter side. Place on baking pan, covered with Aluminum to prevent sticking and makes for an easy clean up afterwards.
Bake in oven at 375F for 11-14 minutes.

Remove from oven, let sit for 3-5 minutes and then enjoy!
If you are making any dipping sauce, nows the time to heat it up in the microwave, or however you like, and get ready to dunk!

These were honestly a breeze to make and a crowd pleaser for children!
Had a few left over, so I stored them in the refrigerator and microwaved them for 45 seconds the next day. They were still just as delicious re-heated!
